Refunds & Exchanges
All items on this site are made to order; as a result, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Because all sales are final, we ask that you please be sure to reference the size chart and product information (e.g., material, color, and style) before completing your purchase.
Items deemed defective or damaged are eligible for a refund or exchange; likewise, if you receive the wrong order, you will be eligible for a refund/exchange. Should you receive a defective/damaged/or wrong item, kindly email us at allblackculture@gmail.com. In your email, make sure that you specify your concern and be sure to include: a.) your order number, b.) email address used for the order, and c). a picture of the mishap.
After receiving your email, a return label will then be emailed to you. You can print and use the label to send your item back to us. Once received, we will begin the process of refunding or exchanging your item. Please note that returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We aim to address mishaps as quickly (and efficiently) as possible, please initiate refund/exchange request for mishaps within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
